Shelly Wilson proudly serves as the Property Manager and Owner’s Representative for Salt Life Community in West Ocean City, where she brings both professionalism and heart to everything she does. For Shelly, Salt Life is more than a neighborhood. It is a place where friendships grow, neighbors support one another, and families create lasting memories near the water.
Family has always been at the center of Shelly’s life. She and her husband, Eddie, have shared over three decades of marriage together, building a life rooted in love, commitment, and community. As a proud mother and grandmother, Shelly understands how important it is to live somewhere that feels welcoming, comfortable, and truly like home.
That belief inspires her work each day at Salt Life. Shelly enjoys welcoming new residents, staying connected with longtime homeowners, and helping create the friendly coastal atmosphere that makes the community so special. From supporting daily operations and community improvements to coordinating resident communication and neighborhood initiatives, she is dedicated to making Salt Life a place where everyone feels they belong.

Born and raised in Ocean City, Maryland, I have had the privilege of calling this coastal community home my entire life. My roots here have given me a real understanding of the Eastern Shore, the neighborhoods, the lifestyle, and what makes this market so special.
My path into real estate started through hands on experience working alongside my father and helping develop Salt Life Community in West Ocean City. That experience shaped the way I guide clients today with honesty, local insight, and a real appreciation for the story behind every move.

Owner, Salt Life Community
Mark is a a prominent developer and master electrician based in West Ocean City, Maryland. He is best known for his work in residential development and technical services within the Eastern Shore region. He is a versatile inventor and entrepreneur based in Maryland, particularly known for his contributions to mechanical and electrical tools. Mark continues to focus on creating sustainable, affordable living options while maintaining his role as an electrical expert and consultant in the mid-Atlantic region.

Real Estate Development: Mark is the visionary behind Salt Life, a 92-home manufactured housing community in West Ocean City designed to address the critical need for affordable housing. The project is noted for providing upscale amenities, such as a clubhouse and pool, at a price point accessible in a high-demand resort market.
